വടക്കുകിഴക്കൻ മേഖലയിലെ സമാനതകളില്ലാത്ത പരിവർത്തനം അവിടത്തെ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് വിപുലമായ നേട്ടങ്ങളുണ്ടാക്കിയെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി പറഞ്ഞു.
ഒരു പൗരന്റെ ട്വീറ്റിന് മറുപടിയായി പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു:
