What can be a greater fortune than this? Today I have come to Kashi for the first time after Operation Sindoor. When there was a terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, 26 innocent people were killed so brutally, the pain of their families, the sorrow of those children, the pain of those daughters, my heart was filled with immense pain. Then I was praying to Baba Vishwanath to give courage to all the affected families to bear this sorrow. My masters of Kashi, the promise I made to take revenge for the sindoor of my daughters has also been fulfilled. This has been possible only with the blessings of Mahadev. I dedicate the success of Operation Sindoor at his feet.

These days, when we get the opportunity to see the pictures of Shiva devotees carrying Gangajal in Kashi, and especially on the first Monday of Sawan, when our Yadav brothers used to go out to perform Jalabhishek of Baba, a group of Yadav brothers carrying Gangajal on their shoulders from Gauri Kedareshwar, what a beautiful sight it is. The sound of Damru, the noise in the streets, an amazing feeling is created in the world. I also had a great desire to visit Baba Vishwanath and Markandeya Mahadev in the holy month of Sawan! But so that my going there does not cause inconvenience to the devotees of Mahadev and their darshan is not hindered, I am paying my obeisance to Bholenath and Mother Ganga from here today. We are paying our obeisance to Baba Kashi Vishwanath from this stage of Sevapuri. नम: पार्वती पतये, हर हर महादेव!

A few days ago, I was in Tamil Nadu. I visited a thousand-year-old historical temple there, Gangai-Konda Cholapuram Temple. This temple is an ancient center of the Shaiva tradition of the country. This temple was built by the great and famous king of our country, Rajendra Chola. Rajendra Chola connected the North to the South by bringing Ganga water from North India. A thousand years ago, through his devotion to Shiva and Shaiva tradition, Rajendra Chola proclaimed 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat'. Today, through efforts like Kashi-Tamil Sangamam, we are making a humble effort to take it forward. And when I went to Gangai-Konda Cholapuram recently, it was a matter of great satisfaction for me that after a thousand years, with your blessings, I also went there with Gangajal. With the blessings of Maa Ganga, the puja was performed there in a very sacred atmosphere. I got the privilege of performing Jalabhishek there with Gangajal.

Today a huge Kisan Utsav is being organised here. 21 thousand crore rupees have been sent to the accounts of 10 crore farmer brothers and sisters of the country in the form of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. And when money goes from Kashi, it automatically becomes Prasad. 21 thousand crore rupees deposited in the accounts of farmers.

Today, development projects worth more than Rs 2 thousand crores have been inaugurated and foundation stones have been laid. With the blessings of Baba, the uninterrupted flow of development in Kashi is moving forward along with Maa Ganga. I congratulate all of you, the farmers of the country. Just a few days ago, the MP Tourist Guide Competition was also organised in Kashi. That is, skill development through competition, skill development through self-effort, many experiments of this are happening in the land of Kashi today. In the coming days, many more events are going to be organised including Kashi MP Photography Competition, MP Employment Fair. I here publicly congratulate all the government employees and all the officers of the government, so that they can create such wonderful programs by connecting the young generation with public participation and take it forward successfully. Our government is continuously working for the prosperity of farmers. In the previous governments, it was difficult to fulfill even a single announcement made in the name of farmers. But the BJP government does what it says! Today, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi has become an example of the government's firm intentions.

You must remember, when PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi was started in 2019, what kind of rumours were anti-development people, anti-development parties like SP-Congress spreading? And the biggest thing is that without any cut-commission, no middleman, no cut, no commission, no money manipulation, this money has reached the farmers' account directly. And Modi has made this a permanent system. There will be no leakage, nor will the rights of the poor be snatched away.

This month, the central government has approved another big scheme. Its name is- Pradhan Mantri Dhan-Dhanya Krishi Yojana. 24 thousand crore rupees will be spent on this scheme for the welfare of farmers, for the agricultural system, for agricultural development. Those districts of the country which lagged behind in the path of development due to the wrong policies of the previous governments, remained backward, where agricultural production is also decreasing, where the income of farmers is also low, hey, there was no one to ask, those districts will be the focus of Pradhan Mantri Dhan-Dhanya Krishi Yojana. This will benefit lakhs of farmers of UP too.

To bring about a change in the lives of farmers, to increase their income, to reduce the expenditure on farming, the NDA government is working with full power, putting in all its efforts. We stand with the farmers from seed to market. To ensure that water reaches the farms, irrigation schemes worth lakhs of crores of rupees are being run in the country.

The weather has been a big challenge for farmers, sometimes it rains too much, sometimes hail falls, frost falls! To protect farmers from this, PM Fasal Bima Yojana was started. Under this scheme, remember this figure, under this insurance scheme, till now more than 1.75 lakh crore rupees have been given to farmers as claims. 1.75 lakh crore rupees through insurance. Our government is also ensuring that you get the right price for your crop. For this, there has been a record increase in the MSP of crops. Our focus is also on increasing the participation of women in the agricultural economy. We are running the Lakhpati Didi campaign. Our aim is to create three crore lakhpati didis in the country, three crore lakhpati didis. These SP people will run away with their bicycles after hearing these figures. Till now more than one and a half crore lakhpati Didis have been created. Half the work of the target of Rs 3 crore has been completed. One and a half crore of our sisters from poor families and farmers' families working in villages, one and a half crore sisters have become lakhpati didis, this is a great work being done. The government's Drone Didi Abhiyan has also increased the income of lakhs of sisters.

Our government is also engaged in taking modern research related to agriculture to the fields. For this, a specially developed Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan was run in the months of May and June. With the mantra of Lab to Land, direct communication has been done with more than 1.25 crore farmers. In our country, it is believed and there is a system that agriculture is a state subject and it is right too, but despite that the Government of India, the NDA government, the Modi government felt that even if it is a state subject, the states should do it, whether they can do it or not, there are many states which cannot do it, so we decided that we will do something ourselves and directly communicated with crores of farmers.

Today I want to share important information with you so that the benefits of the central government schemes reach you all. And in that I need your help as well as the help of the people sitting here. You know that under the Jan Dhan Yojana, bank accounts of 55 crore poor people have been opened in the country. Accounts of 55 crore people who did not have the good fortune to see the doors of the bank, I have been doing this work since you gave Modi the opportunity to work, 55 crores. Now this scheme has recently completed 10 years. Now there are some rules in the banking sector, the rules say that after 10 years it is necessary to do KYC of bank accounts again. A process has to be completed. Now whether you go to the bank, do it or not, you have to do everything first. Now I have taken the initiative to reduce your burden a little. So, I told the bank people that people should come and do KYC, it is a good thing. We must keep the citizens always alert. But can we run a campaign?Today, I would like to whole-heartedly congratulate the Reserve Bank, all the banks of our country and all the people responsible for the banks. Today he has taken up such a task, which fills us with pride. The bank people should review the KYC of these 10-crore people and these 55-crore people after 10 years, so a huge campaign is going on across the country from July 1 to complete this work. Our banks are reaching out to every Gram Panchayat on their own. They organise fairs there. So far, banks have organised camps and fairs in about one lakh Gram Panchayats. Lakhs of people have also got their KYC done again. And this campaign is going to continue further. I would request every person who has a Jan Dhan account to get his KYC done again.

Banks are organising special camps in Gram Panchayats; work is still going on in lakhs of Panchayats. I think that these camps should be taken advantage of. And there are many benefits of it, there is another benefit too, in these camps, registration of many schemes like Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Atal Pension Yojana is also being done. And this insurance is such that it costs less than the cost of a cup of tea. These schemes help you a lot. Therefore, take full advantage of the big campaign that the banks have started, I tell the people of the whole country, you must definitely go to these camps. If you have not joined these schemes yet, then register for them and also get your Jan Dhan account KYC done. I would also like to ask all the BJP and NDA representatives to make as many people as possible aware of this campaign, talk to the banks, when and where the camp is going to be held? What help can we provide? We should come forward and help the banks in such a big task, help them and connect as many people as possible to this campaign wherever the camp is held.

I am an MP from UP. As an MP from UP, I am happy that those Brahmos missiles will also be made in our UP. Manufacturing of Brahmos missiles is starting in Lucknow. Many big defense companies are also setting up their plants in the UP Defence Corridor. In the coming times, weapons made in UP, weapons made in every part of India, will become the strength of the Indian forces. Coming here to Sevapuri is also a matter of good fortune. This is the gateway of Maa Kalka Devi. From here I pay my obeisance at the feet of Maa Kalka.
