પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ આશુરાના દિવસે ઇમામ હુસેન (એએસ)ના બલિદાનને યાદ કર્યું.
એક ટ્વિટમાં પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું કે,
"આપણે ઇમામ હુસેન (એએસ)ના બલિદાનને યાદ કરીએ છીએ. તેમના માટે સત્ય અને ન્યાયના મૂલ્યો સિવાય બીજું કશું મહત્વનું નહોતું. સમાનતા તેમજ ઉચિત મૂલ્યો પર તેમનો ભાર નોંધપાત્ર છે અને ઘણા લોકોને શક્તિ આપે છે."
We recall the sacrifice of Imam Hussain (AS). For him, there was nothing more important than the values of truth and justice. His emphasis on equality as well as fairness are noteworthy and give strength to many.
