PM congratulates Lakshya Sen on his victory at Canada Open 2023

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated Indian Badminton player, Lakshya Sen on his victory at the Canada Open 2023.
In a tweet, the Prime Minister said;
