તેમણે કહ્યું કે, iGOT પ્લેટફોર્મ ભૂમિકા આધારિત એચઆર મેનેજમેન્ટ અને અવિરત શિક્ષણમાં સંક્રાંતિ શક્ય બનવાશે

શ્રેણીબદ્ધ ટ્વિટ્સમાં પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ કહ્યું હતું કે, મિશન કર્મયોગી - સિવિલ સર્વિસીસ કેપેસિટી બિલ્ડિંગ માટેનો રાષ્ટ્રીય કાર્યક્રમ, સરકારમાં માનવ સંસાધન સંચાલન પ્રણાલીમાં ધરમૂળથી સુધારો કરશે. તે સિવિલ સર્વન્ટ્સની ક્ષમતા વધારવા માટે પ્રમાણો અને આધુનિક માળખાનો ઉપયોગ કરશે.
તેમણે કહ્યું કે, iGOT પ્લેટફોર્મ ભૂમિકા આધારિત એચઆર મેનેજમેન્ટ અને અવિરત શિક્ષણમાં સંક્રાંતિ શક્ય બનવાશે. મિશન કર્મયોગીનો હેતુ સિવિલ સર્વન્ટ્સને પારદર્શિતા અને તકનીકી દ્વારા વધુ સર્જનાત્મક, રચનાત્મક અને નવીન બનાવીને ભવિષ્ય માટે તૈયાર કરવાનો છે.”
