Media Delegate Registration Process

To register as a WAVES Media Delegate, applicants must:

✅    Be 18 years or older as of 01^st January 2025.

✅   Be a correspondent, photographer, camera person, or digital content creator on a recognized platform.

✅    Freelance journalists meeting the above criteria are also eligible.

✅    Register online: https://app.wavesindia.org/register/media

✅    Registration Window Opens:  26^th March 2025

✅    Deadline: 11:59 PM (IST) on 15^th April, 2025

✅ Media Delegate Pass Collection: Accredited Media Delegates will be informed regarding details for collection of Media Delegate Passes.

Please ensure all required documents are uploaded during registration. Approval of Media Accreditation will be communicated via email after review of the application. Only PIB-accredited media persons will be eligible for Media Delegate Passes. Accreditation allocation will be based on the media organizations’ reach, periodicity, focus on the entertainment sector, and expected coverage of WAVES.
