પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ સ્વહિદ દિવાસ નિમિત્તે આસામ આંદોલનના શહીદોને શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ અર્પણ કરી છે.
શ્રી મોદીએ એક ટ્વિટમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે "સ્વહિદ દિવસ નિમિત્તે આપણે આસામ ચળવળના મહાન શહીદોને શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ આપીએ છીએ. આસામની પ્રગતિ અને રાજ્યના નાગરિકોના સશક્તિકરણ પ્રત્યેનો તેમનો જુસ્સો સૌને પ્રેરણા આપે છે."
