దివ్యాంగ జనుల అంతర్జాతీయ దినం నాడు ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ ‘‘ఇవాళ, దివ్యాంగ జనుల అంతర్జాతీయ దినం నాడు, మనం మన యొక్క దివ్యాంగ సోదరీమణులు మరియు దివ్యాంగ సోదరుల కు ఒక సమ్మిళితమైనటువంటి, సామీప్యం లో ఉండేటటువంటి మరియు సమానమైన అవకాశాల ను ప్రసాదించేటటువంటి భవిష్యత్తు ను కల్పించే దిశ గా మన వచనబద్ధత ను మరొక్క మారు పునరుద్ఘాటిద్దాము.  వారి నైతిక స్థైర్యం మరియు కార్యసాధన లు మనకు అందరి కి ప్రేరణప్రదాయకాలు’’ అంటూ ఒక సందేశం లో పేర్కొన్నారు.
