ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਦਿੱਵਿਯਾਂਗ ਦਿਵਸ 'ਤੇ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਦਿੱਵਿਯਾਂਗ ਦਿਵਸ 'ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿੱਵਿਯਾਂਗ ਭੈਣਾਂ ਤੇ ਭਾਈਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਾਵੇਸ਼ੀ, ਪਹੁੰਚਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰੀ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਕਾਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਬੱਧਤਾ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਕਈ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਲੱਬਧੀਆਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।"
