അർജന്റീനയുടെ പ്രസിഡന്റ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ വിജയിച്ച ഹാവിയർ മിലേയെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി അഭിനന്ദിച്ചു.
