ഏഷ്യന്‍ ഗെയിംസില്‍ വെങ്കല മെഡല്‍ നേടിയ വനിതാ സ്‌ക്വാഷ് ടീമിനെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി അഭിനന്ദിച്ചു. ഈ നേട്ടത്തിന് ദീപിക പള്ളിക്കല്‍, ജോഷ്‌ന ചിന്നപ്പ, അനാഹത് സിംഗ്, തന്‍വി എന്നിവരെ ശ്രീ മോദി അഭിനന്ദിച്ചു.
''നമ്മുടെ വനിതാ സ്‌ക്വാഷ് ടീം ഏഷ്യന്‍ ഗെയിംസില്‍ വെങ്കല മെഡല്‍ നേടിയതില്‍ ആഹ്ലാദിക്കുന്നു. ദിപിക പള്ളിക്കല്‍, ജോഷ്‌ന ചിന്നപ്പ, അനാഹത് സിംഗ്, തന്‍വി എന്നിവരുടെ പരിശ്രമങ്ങളെ ഞാന്‍ അഭിനന്ദിക്കുന്നു. അവരുടെ ഭാവി പ്രയത്‌നങ്ങള്‍ ഉജ്ജ്വലമാകട്ടെയെന്ന് ഞാന്‍ ആശംസിക്കുന്നു'' ഒരു എക്‌സ് പോസ്റ്റില്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
