ബെർലിനിൽ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന സ്പെഷ്യൽ ഒളിമ്പിക്‌സ് വേൾഡ് ഗെയിംസിനുള്ള ഇന്ത്യൻ സംഘത്തിന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി ആശംസകൾ അറിയിച്ചു.
പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു:
"സ്പെഷ്യൽ ഒളിമ്പിക്‌സ് വേൾഡ് ഗെയിംസ് ബെർലിനിൽ ആരംഭിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ഇന്ത്യൻ സംഘത്തിന് എന്റെ ആശംസകൾ. ഗെയിംസിൽ നമ്മെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്ന ഓരോ അത്‌ലറ്റിലും നാം അഭിമാനിക്കുന്നു. അവരുടെ ഉത്സാഹത്തിലും, നിശ്ചയദാർഢ്യത്തിലും, ദൃഢനിശ്ചയത്തിലും അവർ തിളങ്ങട്ടെ."
