Import of Oxygen Concentrators for personal use included in exempted category list

The Government has included import of oxygen concentrators for personal use, through post, courier or e-commerce portals, in the list of exempted categories, where Customs clearance is sought as ''gifts". This exemption is valid till 31 July 2021. A notification issued by Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry on 30th April, 2021 states that Para 2.25 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 stands revised for the purpose.
