Prime Minister condoles the loss of lives in fire mishap in Anandapur, West Bengal
PM announces ex-gratia from PMNRF

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the loss of lives due to a fire mishap in Anandapur, West Bengal. Shri Modi also wished speedy recovery for those injured in the mishap.
The Prime Minister announced an ex-gratia from PMNRF of Rs. 2 lakh to the next of kin of each deceased and Rs. 50,000 for those injured.
The Prime Minister posted on X:
“The recent fire mishap in Anandapur, West Bengal is very tragic and saddening. My condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. I pray that those injured recover at the earliest.
An ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. The injured would be given Rs. 50,000: PM @narendramodi"
"পশ্চিমবঙ্গের আনন্দপুরে সাম্প্রতিক অগ্নিকাণ্ড অত্যন্ত মর্মান্তিক ও দু:খজনক। যাঁরা তাঁদের প্রিয়জনকে হারিয়েছেন তাঁদের প্রতি আমার সমবেদনা রইল। আহতদের দ্রুত আরোগ্য কামনা করি।
এই দুর্ঘটনায় নিহত প্রত্যেকের নিকটাত্মীয়কে PMNRF থেকে ২ লক্ষ টাকা করে এককালীন সহায়তা দেওয়া হবে। আহতদের ৫০,০০০ টাকা সহায়তা প্রদান করা হবে: প্রধানমন্ত্রী @narendramodi"
