Prime Minister shares Bhadrasana Yoga Video

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has shared Bhadrasana detailed Yoga video describing its benefits for joints, which also reduces pain in the knees. Bhadrasana yoga pose is also good for the stomach.
The Prime Minister posted on X;
“Bhadrasana is good for strengthening the joints and reduces pain in the knees. It is also good for the stomach.”
“भद्रासन का अभ्यास जोड़ों को मजबूत बनाता है और घुटने के दर्द को कम करता है। यह पेट की तकलीफों को दूर रखने में भी मददगार है।”
