প্রধান মন্ত্রীনা হায়খি, “মহারাস্ত্রগী রাইগরগী মহদতা বিল্দিং নিংখাইবদা নুঙাইতবা ফোংদোকচরি, লৈখিদ্রবশিংগী নুংশিজরবা মরী মতাশিংগী অৱাবদা শরুক য়াজরি। ঐহাক্না অশোকপাশিংবু য়াম্না থুনা ফগৎলক্নবা থৌনিজরি। মফম অদুগী মরী লৈনবশিং অমসুং এন.দি.আর.এফ. তিমনসু অৱাবা অসিদা শরুক য়ারি, অমসুং পাংবা য়াবা মতেং পাংগনি।
