Prime Minister condoles the loss of lives in the mishap in Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu
Announces ex-gratia from PMNRF

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the loss of lives due to a mishap in Sivaganga district of Tamil Nadu. Shri Modi also wished speedy recovery for those injured in the mishap.
The Prime Minister announced an ex-gratia from PMNRF of Rs. 2 lakh to the next of kin of each deceased and Rs. 50,000 for those injured.
The Prime Minister posted on X:
“The loss of lives due to a mishap in Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu is deeply saddening. My thoughts are with those who have lost their loved ones. I pray that the injured recover soon.
An ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. The injured would be given Rs. 50,000: PM @narendramodi"
"தமிழ்நாட்டின் சிவகங்கையில் நிகழ்ந்த விபத்தில் நேரிட்ட உயிரிழப்புகள் மிகுந்த வேதனை அளிக்கிறது. தங்கள் அன்பிற்குரியவர்களை இழந்தவர்களுடன் எனது எண்ணங்கள் யாவும் உள்ளன. காயமடைந்தவர்கள் விரைவில் குணமடைய பிரார்த்திக்கிறேன்.
விபத்தில் உயிரிழந்தவர்களின் குடும்பத்தினருக்கு பிரதமரின் தேசிய நிவாரண நிதியிலிருந்து தலா ரூ. 2 லட்சம் நிவாரணமாக வழங்கப்படும். காயமடைந்தவர்களுக்கு தலா ரூ. 50,000 வழங்கப்படும்: பிரதமர் @narendramodi"
