ബർമിംഗ്ഹാം കോമൺവെൽത്ത് ഗെയിംസിൽ നടന്ന വനിതകളുടെ 60 കിലോഗ്രാം ബോക്‌സിംഗിൽ വെങ്കല മെഡൽ നേടിയ ജെയ്സ്മിനെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി അഭിനന്ദിച്ചു.
ട്വീറ്റിൽ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു;
"കോമൺവെൽത്ത് ഗെയിംസിലെ ഇന്ത്യൻ അത്‌ലറ്റുകൾ വ്യത്യസ്ത കായിക ഇനങ്ങളിൽ മികവ് പുലർത്തുന്നു. ജെയ്‌സ്മിൻ ലംബോറിയ ബോക്‌സിംഗിൽ വെങ്കല മെഡൽ നേടിയതിൽ സന്തോഷമുണ്ട്. അവരുടെ കായിക വിജയം ഇന്ത്യൻ ബോക്‌സിംഗിന്റെ ഭാവിക്ക് ശുഭപ്രതീക്ഷ നൽകുന്നു. വരും വർഷങ്ങളിലും അവർ കീര്‍ത്തി കൈവരിക്കട്ടെ."
