ശ്രീ അമർനാഥ് ഗുഹയ്ക്ക് സമീപമുണ്ടായ മേഘവിസ്‌ഫോടനത്തിൽ ജീവൻ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടതിൽ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി അനുശോചനം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.
പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു:
"ശ്രീ അമർനാഥ് ഗുഹയ്ക്ക് സമീപമുണ്ടായ മേഘവിസ്‌ഫോടനത്തിൽ വേദനയുണ്ട്. മരണമടഞ്ഞ കുടുംബങ്ങളെ അനുശോചനം അറിയിക്കുന്നു. മനോജ് സിൻഹ ജിയുമായി സംസാരിച്ചു സ്ഥിതിഗതികൾ വിലയിരുത്തി. രക്ഷാപ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും ദുരിതാശ്വാസ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും നടക്കുന്നു. ദുരിതബാധിതർക്ക് സാധ്യമായ എല്ലാ സഹായങ്ങളും നൽകുന്നുണ്ട് ."
