एप्रिल 2024 मध्ये किरकोळ महागाई दर कमी होऊन 4.83% राहिला

I.महत्त्वाचे प्रमुख मुद्दे:
1.अखिल भारतीय ग्राहक निर्देशांकावर (सीपीआय) आधारित वार्षिक महागाई दर एप्रिल 2023 च्या तुलनेत एप्रिल 2024 मध्ये 4.83% (तात्पुरता) इतका राहिला. ग्रामीण तसेच शहरी भागासाठीचा संबंधित महागाई दर अनुक्रमे 5.43% आणि 4.11% इतका राहिला.
2. जानेवारी फेब्रुवारी आणि मार्च 2024 या महिन्यांसाठीचा सीपीआय अनुक्रमे 5.10. 5.09 आणि 4.85% इतका आहे.
3. पाच प्रमुख गटांपैकी ‘कपडे आणि पादत्राणे’, ‘गृहनिर्माण’ आणि ‘इंधन आणि वीज’ या गटांतील वस्तूंची वर्षाधारित महागाई गेल्या महिन्यापासून कमी झाली आहे.

IV. प्रतिसाद दर: एमओएसपीआय अर्थात सांख्यिकी आणि कार्यक्रम अंमलबजावणी मंत्रालयातील राष्ट्रीय सांख्यिकी कार्यालयाच्या (एनएसओ) क्षेत्रीय परिचालन विभागातील क्षेत्र कर्मचाऱ्यांनी साप्ताहिक आधारावर दिलेल्या वैयक्तिक भेटींच्या माध्यमातून, सर्व राज्ये/केंद्रशासित प्रदेशांमधील निवडक 1114 शहरी बाजार आणि 1181 गावांतून किंमतविषयक माहिती गोळा करण्यात आली.एप्रिल 2024 मध्ये एनएसओने 99.9% गावे तसेच 98.5%शहरी बाजारांतून किंमतीची माहिती संकलित केली त्यातून बाजार निहाय किंमती ग्रामीण भागासाठी 89.8% तर शहरी भागासाठी 93.2% असल्याची नोंद झाली.
