പാർലമെന്റിന്റെ ശീതകാല സമ്മേളനം ഇന്ന് അനിശ്ചിതകാലത്തേക്ക് പിരിഞ്ഞു

2022 ഡിസംബർ 7 ബുധനാഴ്ച ആരംഭിച്ച പാർലമെന്റിന്റെ ശീതകാല സമ്മേളനം 2022 ഡിസംബർ 23 വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച്ച അനിശ്ചിതകാലത്തേക്ക് പിരിഞ്ഞു. 2022ലെ ശീതകാല സമ്മേളനം 17 ദിവസങ്ങളിലായി 13 സിറ്റിങ്ങുകൾ നടത്തിയെന്ന്, കേന്ദ്ര പാർലമെന്ററി കാര്യ, കൽക്കരി, ഖനി മന്ത്രി ശ്രീ പ്രഹ്ലാദ് ജോഷി പറഞ്ഞു.
2022 ഡിസംബർ 7 മുതൽ 2022 ഡിസംബർ 29 വരെ 17 സിറ്റിംഗുകൾ നടത്താൻ ആദ്യം നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരുന്ന സമ്മേളനം അവശ്യ ഗവൺമെന്റ് നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചതിനാലും ഇരുസഭകളുടെയും ബിസിനസ് അഡ്വൈസറി കമ്മിറ്റി ശുപാർശകളുടെയും അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് വെട്ടിച്ചുരുക്കിയതെന്നും പാർലമെന്റ് വളപ്പിൽ നടത്തിയ വാർത്താ സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. ക്രിസ്മസ്/വർഷാന്ത്യ ആഘോഷങ്ങൾക്കായുള്ള പാർലമെന്റ് അംഗങ്ങളുടെ കക്ഷിഭേദമന്യേയുള്ള ആവശ്യങ്ങൾകൂടി കണക്കിലെടുത്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇരു സഭകളുടെയും ബിഎസികൾ ശുപാർശ നൽകിയത്.
കേന്ദ്ര പാർലമെന്ററി കാര്യ, സാംസ്‌കാരിക സഹമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ അർജുൻ റാം മേഘ്‌വാൾ, കേന്ദ്ര പാർലമെന്ററി കാര്യ, വിദേശകാര്യ സഹമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ വി. മുരളീധരൻ എന്നിവർ വാർത്താ സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ 9 ബില്ലുകൾ ലോക്സഭയിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതായും ശ്രീ ജോഷി പറഞ്ഞു. 7 ബില്ലുകൾ ലോക്‌സഭയും 9 ബില്ലുകൾ രാജ്യസഭയും പാസാക്കി. സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ പാർലമെന്റിന്റെ ഇരുസഭകളും പാസാക്കിയ മൊത്തം ബില്ലുകളുടെ എണ്ണം 9 ആണ്.
"രാജ്യത്തെ മയക്കുമരുന്ന് ദുരുപയോഗത്തിന്റെ പ്രശ്നവും അതിനായി ഗവൺമെന്റ് സ്വീകരിച്ച നടപടികളും", "ഇന്ത്യയിൽ കായിക രംഗം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യകതയും ഗവൺമെന്റ് സ്വീകരിച്ച നടപടികളും" എന്നീ രണ്ട് വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ ലോക്സഭയിൽ ചട്ടം 193 പ്രകാരം ഹ്രസ്വ ചർച്ചകൾ നടന്നു.
രാജ്യസഭയിൽ, ചട്ടം 176-ന് കീഴിൽ "ആഗോളതാപനത്തിന്റെ ഗുരുതരമായ പ്രത്യാഘാതങ്ങളും അത് നേരിടുന്നതിനുള്ള പരിഹാര നടപടികളുടെ ആവശ്യകതയും" എന്ന വിഷയത്തിൽ ഒരു ഹ്രസ്വ ചർച്ച നടന്നു.
ലോക്സഭയുടെ ഉത്പാദനക്ഷമത ഏകദേശം 97%വും രാജ്യസഭയുടേത് ഏകദേശം 103%വും ആയിരുന്നു.
ലോക്സഭയിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച ബില്ലുകൾ, ലോക്‌സഭ പാസാക്കിയ ബില്ലുകൾ, രാജ്യസഭ പാസാക്കിയ ബില്ലുകൾ, ഇരുസഭകളും പാസാക്കിയ ബില്ലുകൾ എന്നിവയുടെ പട്ടിക അനുബന്ധത്തിൽ ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
