Department of Posts, Delhi Circle will hold Monthly Dak Adalat for Settlement of grievances related to Postal Services under National Capital Territory of Delhi/Delhi State on    28-10-2026 (Wednesday) at 1100 hours. Venue will be at the office of The Chief Postmaster General, Delhi Circle, 3^rd Floor, Meghdoot Bhawan, near Jhandewalan Metro Station, New Delhi- 110001

The office of The Chief Postmaster General, Delhi Circle, will hear each complainant individually and settle grievances/problems of the public in the Dak Adalat. The idea of the Dak-Adalat is to give a personal hearing and on-the-spot settlement of public grievances/problems.

The complaints related to postal services must reach to the Assistant Director (CS), O/o Chief Postmaster General, Delhi Circle, New Delhi 110001, latest by 19-10-2026 (Monday). The complaints received after due date will not be entertained in Dak Adalat.

The complaint should be concrete and in brief. Complaints of general nature and of policy matters will not be entertained. The circle level Dak Adalat is only for those complaints which were raised in the divisional level Dak Adalat, but still pending for settlement/resolution of the grievances.
