In the run up to its 33^rd Foundation Day, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) India, in collaboration with MyGov, today launched ‘Human Rights Quiz 2026: Celebrating Life, Liberty, Equality and Dignity’. The online quiz will be available till 10^th October 2026 on MyGov platform. It is open to all Indian citizens aged 14 and above.

The quiz seeks to engage everyone in learning about human rights, the Protection of Human Rights Act (PHRA), 1993 and the functions, powers and duties of the NHRC in promoting and protecting human rights across the country.

Participants will be required to answer a maximum of 15 questions within 300 seconds. The participants coming first, second and third will be awarded cash prize of Rs. 15000/-, Rs.10000/- and Rs. 5000/- respectively, along with certificates. Besides, the next seven winners will be rewarded with a consolation prize of Rs. 2000/- each.
