The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has congratulated Praveen Chithravel on winning the Silver medal in the Men’s Triple Jump event at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2026.

The Prime Minister expressed delight that Praveen Chithravel also registered the best jump of his sporting career.

Shri Modi congratulated him on the achievement and wished him every success in his future endeavours.
