The Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER) and its Organizations are participating in Special Campaign 3.0 for Institutionalizations of Swachhata.  The Ministry is completely geared up to successfully meet  the identified targets during the implementation stage of the Campaign which began from  2^nd October, 2023 and will last up to 31^st  October,  2023. During the campaign, special attention will be given to digitization of physical parliament question files, disposal of Scrap/and redundant Items, removing and minimizing pendency.

The main activities that will be carried out during the campaign are:

• The identified old physical records/files will be reviewed as per e record retention schedule.
• Efforts will be made to dispose of all pending references from PMO/MP/State Governments/IMC and Public Grievances and Parliament Assurances.
•  The scrap material and redundant items indentified during the preparatory phase will be disposed of as per the prescribed procedure in GFR.
•  Environment-friendly practices would be promoted, awareness will be created to embrace sustainable measures and implement essential protocols and mechanisms.
• Workshops are being organized for understanding the waste crisis and its management.
