The Office of the Principal Chief Controller of Communication Accounts), Delhi, successfully conducted a Pension Adalat for Quarter 2 of Financial Year 2026-27 on August 6, 2026, under the Chairmanship of Smt Asha Rani Rungta  Pr. Controller of Communication Accounts (Pr.CCA), Delhi along with Shri Udai Bhan Tiwari CCA, Delhi, Smt. Sushma Negi, Joint CCA and Shri Rajat Tripathi, Joint CCA.The grievances of pensioners from BSNL, MTNL and DoT were heard and resolved including issues related to pension payment, commutation and other benefits.

 

The Pension Adalat provided an effective platform for addressing pension related grievances of pensioners and family pensioners. Issues relating to pension authorization, revision, family pension and pension matters were examined with several cases resolved during the proceedings.

        

The initiative reflects the commitment of Pr. CCA Delhi towards ensuring timely grievance redressal and delivering citizen-centric pension services.
