Prime Minister congratulates all mothers and sisters joining Ujjwala family

The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated all the mothers and sisters joining the Ujjwala family. "Through this step of ours, not only will they experience new joy on this sacred festival, but our commitments to women's empowerment will also gain further strength", Shri Modi stated.

In reply to the Union Minister Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Shri Modi said :

"नवरात्रि के शुभ अवसर पर उज्ज्वला परिवार से जुड़ने वाली हमारी सभी माताओं-बहनों को बहुत-बहुत बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं! हमारे इस कदम से ना सिर्फ इस पावन पर्व पर उन्हें नई खुशी मिलेगी, बल्कि नारी सशक्तिकरण के हमारे संकल्पों को भी और मजबूती मिलने वाली है।"
