- ایس آئی آر کے احکامات کے مطابق، 1 اگست 2025 کو شائع ہونے والی مسودہ فہرست سے کوئی نام ای آر او/ اے ای آر او کی طرف سے جانچ کے بعد اور مناسب اور معقول مواقع فراہم کیے بغیر حذف نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔
