निर्भया निधीचा उपयोग

निर्भया निधी अंतर्गत, आतापर्यंत वितरीत झालेल्या 6212.85 कोटी रुपयांपैकी ( आर्थिक वर्ष 2021-22 मध्ये महिला व बालविकास मंत्रालयाला देण्यात आलेल्या 500 कोटी रुपयांचा समावेश) 4087.37 कोटी रुपये संबंधित मंत्रालये / विभागांना वितरित /जारी केले आहेत आणि 2871.42 कोटी रुपये वापरल्याची नोंद आहे.
निर्भया निधीची स्थापना झाल्यापासून, 9764.30 कोटी रुपयांच्या योजना/प्रकल्प यांचे अधिकारप्राप्त समितीने (ईसी) मूल्यमापन केले आहे, ज्याचे तपशील परिशिष्ट -I मध्ये आहेत. निर्भया निधी अंतर्गत विविध योजना / प्रकल्पांसाठी वितरीत / जारी केलेल्या आणि वापरण्यात आलेल्या निधीची राज्य / केंद्रशासित प्रदेशनिहाय माहिती परिशिष्ट - II मध्ये आहे.
निर्भया निधीच्या रचनेअंतर्गत स्थापन अधिकारप्राप्त समिती (ईसी) मूल्यमापन करते आणि निर्भया निधीअंतर्गत निधी देण्यासंदर्भातील प्रस्तावांची शिफारस करते तसेच संबंधित मंत्रालये / विभाग / अंमलबजावणी करणाऱ्या संस्थांसोबत मंजूर प्रकल्पांच्या अंमलबजावणीच्या स्थितीचा आढावा ही समिती वेळोवेळी घेते.
अधिकारप्राप्त समितीने मूल्यमापन केल्यानंतर संबंधित मंत्रालये / विभाग सक्षम वित्तीय प्राधिकरणाची (सीएफए) मान्यता घेतात आणि त्यांच्याशी संबंधित विभागीय अर्थसंकल्पांमधून निधी जारी करतात तसेच प्रकल्प / योजना प्रत्यक्ष किंवा राज्य / केंद्रशासित प्रदेश / अंमलबजावणी करणाऱ्या संस्थांद्वारे अंमलात आणतात.
केंद्रीय महिला व बालविकास मंत्री श्रीमती स्मृती झुबिन इराणी यांनी आज राज्यसभेत लेखी उत्तरात ही माहिती दिली.
