Prime Minister congratulates Pooja on winning Bronze in Women’s High Jump at Asian Games 2026

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated Pooja on winning the Bronze medal in the Women’s High Jump at the Asian Games 2026.
The Prime Minister said that this is India’s first medal in the event at the Asian Games in over two decades and described it as a memorable achievement.
Shri Modi extended his best wishes to Pooja for her future endeavours.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister’s Office said;
