Group of school children chosen as part of Amrit Generation program meet Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi

Prime Minister encourages them to do more for fellow Indians and create a bright future for all while focussing on Vocal for Local ; urges them to visit Amrit Sarovars on 15th August to highlight importance of water conservation efforts

A group of school children between the age of 16 and 18 had the honour of meeting Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today. These youngsters were chosen as part of the Amrit Generation program, a collaboration between the Ministry of Women & Child Development and Meta.

Coming from across India, these students, part of a group of 36, had expressed their vision for India and the future they hope to make for their country and countrymen. They shared this with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi who also encouraged them to do more for their fellow Indians and create a bright future for all while focussing on 'Vocal for Local'. He also urged them to visit the Amrit Sarovars in their regions on 15 th August to highlight the importance of water conservation efforts in India, emphasizing their role in preserving the nation's heritage.
