Spanning seven phases, a staggering 96.88 crore eligible voters were called to exercise their democratic rights, casting their ballots at 10.50 lakh polling stations spread across the vast and diverse landscape of the nation. From bustling urban centers to remote rural villages, every corner of India participated in this colossal democratic exercise.
With 8,360 candidates vying for positions, this election saw a remarkable mobilization effort involving 1.5 crore polling and security personnel, supported by 68,763 monitoring teams.
