Prime Minister expresses grief over loss of lives in bus fire tragedy in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
PM announces ex-gratia from PMNRF

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today expressed distress over the loss of lives due to a fire tragedy on a bus in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He extended his condolences to those who have lost their loved ones and prayed for the swift recovery of the injured.
The Prime Minister announced that an ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. Shri Modi added that the injured would be given Rs. 50,000.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister's Office shared:
"Distressed to hear about the loss of lives due to a fire tragedy on a bus in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. Praying for the swift recovery of the injured.
