Aboli Hospital Private Limited has established a 70-bedded multi-speciality hospital equipped with a pharmacy, advanced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and critical care facilities capable of treating complex medical emergencies, particularly paralysis and other critical illnesses. The hospital provides quality and affordable healthcare services under one roof for the people of Parbhani and neighbouring districts. Recognising the project's social and healthcare impact, the Venture Capital Fund for Scheduled Castes extended financial assistance of ₹5 crore in 2023 through venture capital assistance comprising equity and optionally convertible debentures. The support also enabled the hospital to procure modern medical equipment, reduce the burden of high-cost bank loans and strengthen linkages with health insurance schemes, including Ayushman Bharat.

The financial assistance enabled the hospital to establish modern healthcare infrastructure, strengthen advanced ICU and critical care services, procure state-of-the-art medical equipment and expand access to affordable healthcare for underserved communities. The institution has also developed strong linkages with government healthcare schemes, insurance providers and specialised medical practitioners, enhancing the quality and reach of healthcare services across the region.

The impact of the intervention has been significant. Today, the hospital has generated 65 direct employment opportunities, including 27 Scheduled Caste employees and 38 non-Scheduled Caste employees. The enterprise has witnessed remarkable financial growth, with its net worth increasing from ₹61.75 lakh to ₹6.93 crore, while creating assets worth ₹2.78 crore. The project has emerged as a model of inclusive healthcare entrepreneurship by providing affordable, quality medical services while creating sustainable livelihoods and strengthening healthcare delivery in the region.
