NTPC showcases Cutting-Edge Innovations as Platinum Partner at Oil Gas and Power World Expo 2025
NTPC strengthens commitment to Sustainability at Oil Gas and Power World Expo 2025

NTPC is participating as a Platinum Partner in the Oil Gas and Power World Expo 2025, organized by CHEMTECH at Mumbai. The three-day event, running from 5th to 7th March 2025, will serve as a key platform for industry leaders, policymakers and investors to explore the latest advancements in power generation, clean energy and sustainability.
NTPC’s pavilion was inaugurated by Regional Executive Director (West-I), NTPC, Shri Kamlesh Soni and Project Director (Mahi Banswara Rajasthan Atomic Power Project) and Executive Director (Nuclear), NTPC, Shri Prasenjit Pal. The pavilion highlights NTPC’s pioneering efforts in energy transition, decarbonization and sustainability through three innovative working models. The Waste-to-Energy Plant demonstrates NTPC’s technology for converting solid waste into electricity. The Carbon Dioxide to Methanol Plant showcases its advanced carbon capture and utilization technology. Additionally, NTPC is displaying its progress in Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen Technologies, underscoring its leadership in solar, wind and hydrogen-based clean energy solutions.

Speaking at the inauguration, Shri Kamlesh Soni stated, “NTPC is committed to driving India’s energy transition through innovative and sustainable solutions. Our participation at the Oil Gas & Power World Expo 2025 provides an excellent platform to showcase our efforts in clean energy, carbon capture and green hydrogen, reinforcing our vision for a low-carbon future.” Shri Prasenjit Pal added, “As India moves towards a cleaner energy ecosystem, NTPC remains at the forefront of technological advancements. The models displayed at our pavilion demonstrate how we are integrating cutting-edge solutions to reduce emissions and build a sustainable future.”

The Oil Gas & Power World Expo organized by CHEMTECH, plays a crucial role in promoting technological advancements, fostering industry collaboration and shaping policy discussions within the energy sector. The event brought together over 100 leading power sector companies and will witness the participation of more than 15,000 energy leaders from across the globe. NTPC’s participation in this prestigious event reinforces its commitment to pioneering green technologies, strengthening industry partnerships, and contributing to India’s sustainable energy transition.
