Further, the Ministry, from time to time, holds Maritime States Development Council (MSDC) meetings as a framework of consultative planning where challenges and opportunities in marine sector are discussed for creating synergy and to ensure the optimum management and utilization of the available coastline by way of participation of all stakeholders.
