OUTLAY TO MSMEs

The Budgetary outlay of Ministry of MSME during the last five years, is given at Annexure – I.
To withstand financial stress, Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) was announced as a part of the AatmaNirbhar Bharat announcement. The Government of India implements Self Reliant India to infuse Rs. 50,000 crore equity in the potential MSMEs (Rs. 10,000 crore from GOI & Rs. 40,000 crore from Private Equity). Additionally, Ministry of MSME has, through various schemes, such as the Raising & Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP), Lean, ZED, promoting Business Models for Increasing Penetration and Scaling up of Solar Energy (MSME- UNIDO -GEF project) and Market transformation for Energy Efficiency in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME-UNIDO-GEF project) provided assistance for adaption of green sector technology.
