ప్యాసింజర్ రైలు ఆపరేషన్ ప్రాజెక్టులో పిపిపి కోసం ఆర్‌ఎఫ్‌క్యూ మూల్యాంకనాలను భారతీయ రైల్వే పూర్తి చేసింది.

120 దరఖాస్తులలో 102 దరఖాస్తులు ఆర్‌ఎఫ్‌పి దశలో పాల్గొనడానికి అర్హత సాధించాయి

151 ఆధునిక రైళ్లను ప్రవేశపెట్టడం ద్వారా  12 క్లస్టర్లలో 150కి పైగా ప్రారంభ మరియు గమ్య మార్గాల్లో ప్రయాణీకుల రైలు సర్వీసుల నిర్వహణలో పాల్గొనేందుకు ప్రైవేటు ఆపరేటర్ల నుండి రైల్వే మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ (ఎంఓఆర్) రిక్వెస్ట్ ఫర్ క్వాలిఫికేషన్స్ (ఆర్‌ఎఫ్‌క్యూ) ను ఆహ్వానించింది.

భారతీయ రైల్వే నెట్‌వర్క్ ద్వారా ప్యాసింజర్ రైళ్లను నడపడానికి ప్రైవేట్ పెట్టుబడులను ఆకర్షించే మొదటి ప్రధాన ప్రయత్నం ఇది. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టులో ప్రైవేటు రంగ పెట్టుబడులు సుమారు రూ 30,000 కోట్లు.

రిక్వస్ట్ ఫర్ క్వాలిఫికేషన్ (ఆర్‌ఎఫ్‌క్యూ) మరియు రిక్వెస్ట్ ఫర్ ప్రపోజల్ (ఆర్‌ఎఫ్‌పి) తో కూడిన రెండు దశల పారదర్శక పోటీ బిడ్డింగ్ ప్రక్రియ ద్వారా ఈ ప్రాజెక్టును చేపట్టడానికి ప్రైవేట్ సంస్థలను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు.

12 క్లస్టర్ల కోసం ఆర్‌ఎఫ్‌క్యూ 2020 జూలై 01 న ప్రచురించబడింది.

గడువు తేదీ అయిన అక్టోబర్ 7, 2020 న దరఖాస్తులు తెరవబడ్డాయి. రైల్వే మంత్రిత్వశాఖ ప్రకటనకు అద్భుతమైన స్పందన వచ్చింది. మొత్తం 16 దరఖాస్తుదారు సంస్థల నుండి 12 క్లస్టర్ల కోసం మొత్తం 120 దరఖాస్తులు వచ్చాయి. క్లస్టర్ వారీగా అందుకున్న దరఖాస్తుల వివరాలు ఇక్కడ జతచేయబడతాయి.

రైల్వే మంత్రిత్వశాఖ  దరఖాస్తుల  పరిశీలన పూర్తి చేసింది. 120 దరఖాస్తులలో 102 దరఖాస్తులు ఆర్‌ఎఫ్‌పి దశలో పాల్గొనడానికి అర్హత సాధించాయి.  మూల్యాంకనం ఫలితాలు ఇక్కడ జతచేయబడతాయి. అర్హతగల దరఖాస్తుదారులకు ఆర్‌ఎఫ్‌పి పత్రాలు అతి త్వరలో అందుబాటులో ఉంచబడతాయి.
