Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjay Seth will inaugurate विश्व-2026 (VISV-2026: Vision, Innovation, Synergy, Values), being organised by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), in collaboration with the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies (CENJOWS), on October 30, 2026, at Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi.

The event, themed “Showcasing Defence Capabilities, Strengthening Global Partnerships,” aims to showcase India’s indigenous defence technology capabilities and strengthen engagement with friendly partner nations. It will bring together representatives of the defence establishment, industry, academia and the diplomatic community to familiarise international partners with India’s advances in defence research, development and production, and explore avenues for technology-led cooperation and strategic partnerships.

The deliberations will highlight India’s journey towards strengthening indigenous defence capabilities and expanding international partnerships through technological innovation, defence production and defence diplomacy. The technical sessions will cover DRDO’s capabilities in aeronautical systems, land and naval systems, sensing and communications, missile systems, microelectronics, computational solutions and soldier support systems. A panel discussion will explore opportunities for joint collaboration, capability development and mutually beneficial partnerships among India and friendly partner nations.

Through VISV-2026, DRDO seeks to advance technological self-reliance and strengthen international defence partnerships through innovation, dialogue and cooperation.
