Speaking at the program, Union Minister Shri Rajiv Ranjan Singh stated that the entire life of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has been dedicated to the service of Mother India. During his successful tenure as the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he accomplished the monumental task of bringing Narmada waters to every corner, permanently solving the state's major water problem. It was due to this journey of development and popularity that the people of the country entrusted him with the leadership of the nation in 2014. Today, under the Prime Minister's leadership, India is moving forward with the resolve to become a 'Viksit Bharat' by 2047. The Central Government is committed to the equitable development of every region and state of the country. Uniting all states into a single thread without any political discrimination to make the country self-reliant is the main objective of the Prime Minister.

The Union Minister further stated that property-related issues were the biggest cause of violence and disputes in rural areas. Owing to the Prime Minister's foresight, the 'SVAMITVA Scheme' was launched, under which title deeds (cards) for their land/properties are handed over to villagers through drone surveys. Currently, more than 3 crore SVAMITVA cards have been distributed across the country. On the basis of these cards, villagers can now easily obtain loans from banks, freeing them from exploitation by usurers. The work on the second phase of this scheme across the country, including Gujarat, is in its final stage, which is proving to be a blessing in bringing social harmony and economic prosperity to villages.
Outlining the development in the fisheries sector, the Minister stated that the livelihood of approximately 6 crore people in the country is connected with the fisheries sector. After 2014, the Central Government took historic decisions for this sector, such as the Blue Revolution, PM MSY (PM Matsya Sampada Yojana), and the creation of a separate Ministry of Fisheries. Despite global economic challenges and tariff issues, under the guidance of the Prime Minister, this sector has been taken to new heights by formulating policies for Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and deep-sea fishing.
On this occasion, Union Minister of State Prof. S. P. Singh Baghel stated that the 25 years of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's public life are not merely a period of time, but are like a golden era of development and transformation for the country. After making Gujarat a role model as its Chief Minister, he has brought light into the lives of crores of citizens across the country as Prime Minister through various schemes such as poverty alleviation, electricity, housing, toilets, Ayushman Card, Mudra Scheme, and PM-KISAN. He proved that service to the nation is paramount. Because of his governance, India is today moving towards the 'Golden Era of Indian Politics'.
The Minister stated that the 'SVAMITVA Scheme' and the 'Blue Revolution' have brought a revolutionary transformation in the upliftment of rural India. By providing property cards under the SVAMITVA scheme, ownership rights have been granted in rural areas, bringing an end to land disputes and domestic quarrels between brothers, as well as making it easier for people to receive financial assistance.
During the event, property cards were distributed to rural beneficiaries under the 'SVAMITVA' scheme at the hands of dignitaries. Along with this, direct interactions were held with beneficiaries of the fisheries scheme and the SVAMITVA card scheme to discuss the benefits of government schemes. Beneficiaries of the SVAMITVA scheme and PM Matsya Sampada Yojana also presented their experiences regarding the benefits they received.
The program was attended in large numbers by Chairman of the National Dairy Development Board Dr. Meenesh Shah, Joint Secretary of the Panchayati Raj Department Shri Amit Agrawal, Director Dharmendra Ji, District Development Officer Ms. Devahuti, officials of the district administration, as well as beneficiaries of the Matsya Sampada Scheme and SVAMITVA Scheme.
