Union Minister of Women and Child Development, Smt. Annpurna Devi today participated in the 'Khelo India Samvad' programme held at Grizzly College of Education, Jhumri Telaiya in Koderma, Jharkhand, and listened to the inspiring virtual address of the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi.

In a post on 'X' the Union Minister said that the participation of more than 10 lakh young people – including players, Olympians and medal winners – in this nationwide dialogue organised by MY Bharat reflects the growing enthusiasm and resolve of a new India towards sports.

She said that under the leadership of the Hon'ble Prime Minister, India today is taking sports forward not merely as competition, but as a powerful means of youth empowerment, discipline, self-confidence and nation building.
