Today is a very important day for the development of Andhra Pradesh, for the vision of Swarna Andhra. On this very auspicious occasion, in an auspicious month, I have received the privilege of coming to this sacred land of North Andhra. First of all, I bow down at the feet of Lord Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy. I pay my respects to Sri Kurmanatha Swamy and Maa Pydithalli Ammavaru.

Today, development projects worth around 18000 crore rupees have been inaugurated, dedicated to the nation, and had their foundation stones laid here. Along with the airport, these projects are also connected to Andhra's road connectivity. Projects related to energy security are also included in these. These development works are a symbol of the speed with which Andhra is moving forward at this time. I give my heartiest best wishes to all of you for these projects.

Today's event is also about creating new history, new records. Today, on one hand, new records of development are being set, while on the other hand, a cultural record of Dhimsa dance has also been set, and this is the speciality of Chandrababu that he has touched two horizons. On one side, the construction of an airport - a system touching the high sky - and on the other side, the creation of a world record of Dhimsa dance by my tribal sisters here; I especially appreciate this vision of Chandrababu.

The performance of more than Thirteen Thousand tribal sisters and daughters, their enthusiasm, their discipline, and the pride of tribal culture - this scene was truly wonderful. In this, there was a glimpse of the country's diversity as well as the tribal heritage preserved generation after generation. I congratulate all of you, and especially my tribal sisters and daughters,  for this performance.

This land is the land of Alluri Sitarama Raju. On the land where Alluri Sitarama Raju ji dedicated his life to tribal interests, today a new airport of Andhra Pradesh is starting on that very land. This airport is the runway for the growth of Andhra and North Andhra. This is the launch pad for a better future for the youth of Andhra. I extend my heartiest congratulations to the people of Andhra Pradesh and to the people of the country.

Earlier, when airports were built, the names of the airports used to be attributed to a single family. We changed this tradition. We linked the name of the airport in Ayodhya with Valmiki, we linked the name of the airport in Punjab with Sant Ravidas Ji.

The Central NDA Government has taken the decision that the name of this new airport will be after Sri Alluri Sitarama Raju. Whichever citizen of Andhra Pradesh travels from this airport, whichever citizen of the country and the world travels from this airport, will get inspiration for public service and national service in the name of Alluri Sitarama Raju ji.

In the past twelve years, the country's aviation sector has made extraordinary progress. Until 2014, only 74 airports were operational in the country. Today, this number is 166. There was a time when air flights were limited only to big cities. In the NDA government, today ordinary people from small towns are also travelling by flights. In twelve years, not only has the number of airports increased, but due to our UDAN scheme, poor families are also getting the opportunity to sit in an aeroplane today. This scheme has helped the poorest of the poor fulfil their dream. Just a few days ago, the government launched the second phase of the UDAN scheme. Twenty-nine thousand crore rupees will be spent on this as well.

The country has achieved another major milestone in the aviation sector. Just a few days ago, the Spoke Airport Model that was launched in Kashi has reached Amritsar in Punjab today. Due to this, more than twenty-five international destinations will be connected from Amritsar. I congratulate the people of Punjab from this land of Andhra for this achievement as well.

Our Andhra Pradesh has always been the growth engine of a developed India. For our efforts towards Andhra's development to move forward at double engine speed, I had asked for the blessing of a double engine government from the people of Andhra; and today, under the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu ji and under the leadership of Pawan Kalyan ji, the entire NDA team is working for Andhra Pradesh at double speed.

Today the country is continuously strengthening the Blue Economy. Our vision is that this entire region develops as a Coastal Economic Corridor. With this very goal, our old ports from Visakhapatnam to Krishnapatnam are being modernized. Apart from this, we are also building new ports in Mulapeta and Ramayapatnam.

Along with port development, a network of highways and expressways is being prepared across Andhra. Projects like the Visakhapatnam-Raipur Expressway are giving speed to this entire region.

So that this entire region connects easily with the country's major industrial hubs, work is currently underway on railway projects worth around one lakh crore rupees in Andhra Pradesh today. Electrification of the state's entire rail network has been completed. More than seventy railway stations here are also being modernized.

Today, PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan is also playing a big role in the development of this region. Through PM Gati Shakti, rail, port, and airport are being connected together in this entire region. When this modern logistics network is prepared here, industries will get better connectivity, farmers will benefit, and Ease of Doing Business will also increase.

Andhra Pradesh has always been a forward-thinking state. In software, IT, and the tech sector, the youth of Andhra have made their mark across the whole world. And that is why the government wants to connect the talent here with the development power of Andhra Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh and the country must benefit as much as possible from the talent of our talented youth. For this, our focus is now on futuristic tech industries like semiconductors. Laying the foundation stone of a new semiconductor plant in Visakhapatnam is a huge step in this direction. Under the leadership of Chandrababu, our Andhra will now become a hub for manufacturing along with software. This will create futuristic jobs in Andhra and a new environment will be created for tech industries.

In the world economy, anywhere, the creation of any growth center cannot happen with just one factory; an entire ecosystem is needed for that. Today in Andhra Pradesh, we are creating that same ecosystem of growth. Chandrababu Naidu ji works day and night at a personal level. As a result of this, today many big companies of the world want to come here to invest.

Along with semiconductors, work is also taking place here on AI infrastructure and data centers. Google has also announced a Fifteen Billion Dollar AI and cloud infrastructure campus here. Many other global companies are seeing new possibilities here. The youth of the country along with Andhra Pradesh are getting a huge benefit from this.

Andhra's industrial growth story is not limited to digital tech alone. In Nakkapalli, the Central Government is also providing support for a large bulk drug/pharma park. Because of this, Andhra Pradesh will also develop as a major pharma hub of the country. In the field of green energy, an investment of more than Five Lakh Crore Rupees has taken place in the Rayalaseema region alone. Today, I reassure all of you people of Andhra Pradesh again that our government—this double engine government—will continue to work day and night to realize every such possibility.

You can gauge the speed with which work is happening in every sector in Andhra Pradesh today from the fact that in the last 3 visits alone, I have launched projects worth two lakh crore rupees here. I am happy that in this development journey of Andhra, 'North Andhra' is also becoming empowered. We are developing the Visakhapatnam Economic Region, V.E.R, as a major industrial center of the country. Our goal is for V.E.R to become a major economic hub of Asia. Everything from this airport to the semiconductor unit is part of this mission.

Our government's mantra is - Investment to Employment; therefore, the government has increased Investment from its side as well, and we are inspiring the private sector to invest too. You also know that when Investment increases, manufacturing increases; when manufacturing increases, exports increase; when exports increase, new job opportunities are created; and when employment increases, people's income increases, families' lives become better; and we are seeing this happening in Andhra Pradesh.
