The camps will be organised on 3rd November 2026, at the BSNL GMTD Offices in Bongaigaon and Sivasagar; on 4th November at Silchar; on 5th November at Tezpur; on 10th November at Dibrugarh; on 11th November at Nagaon; on 12th November at Tinsukia; and on 13th November at Nalbari.

Pensioners residing in the respective areas are encouraged to avail themselves of this facility by visiting the designated BSNL GMTD offices on the scheduled dates.

What is Digital Life Certificate?

Digital Life Certificate (Jeevan Pramaan) is a biometric enabled digital service for pensioners. Pensioners of central or state government, Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation or any other government organization whose pension disbursing agency is live for DLC can take benefit of this facility. They need not visit the office of disbursing agency/bank for physical submission of life certificate and instead may use the Aadhaar enabled biometric authentication mechanism to generate DLC for continuing pensionary services.
