The Department of Posts will conduct a Divisional Level Dak Adalat on October 27, 2026, at 11 AM at the Office of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Chennai City South Division, T. Nagar North PO Complex (First Floor), North Usman Road, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600017. The Chairperson of the Divisional Level Dak Adalat will personally hear public grievances regarding postal products and services.

Customers can submit their complaints to the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Chennai City South Division, on or before October 22, 2026. Representations must be sent exclusively through Ordinary Post or Speed Post, with the cover superscribed as 'Division Dak Adalat - Chennai City South Division'. Submissions sent via private couriers will not be accepted.

Grievances regarding postal articles must include complete details such as date and time of posting, sender and addressee addresses, and booking receipt numbers. For queries concerning Savings Schemes, Postal Life Insurance (PLI), or Rural PLI, submissions must specify the account or policy number, depositor details, post office branch, and relevant departmental references.
