Goa, October 7, 2026

The Department of Posts, Goa Region, Panaji, will hold a Regional Level Dak Adalat on 15 October, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Postmaster General, Panaji.

The Dak Adalat will provide an opportunity for customers to raise unresolved grievances relating to postal services and seek their early redressal. Complaints that have remained unsettled for more than six weeks will be considered.

Grievances relating to Mails, Speed Post, Counter Services, Savings Bank and non-payment of Money Orders may be taken up during the Dak Adalat.

Customers wishing to submit their grievances should send their complaints in duplicate to the Assistant Director, Postal Services-I, Office of the Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji – 403001.

The complaint should clearly mention relevant details, including the date of the original complaint and the names and designations of the officers to whom it was addressed. Supporting documents, wherever available, may also be enclosed to facilitate examination of the grievance.

The last date for receipt of complaints is 12 October, 2026.

The Department of Posts organises Dak Adalats periodically as a grievance redressal mechanism to address customer complaints and improve the delivery of postal services.
