On the occasion of National Voluntary Blood Donation Day (October 1), Tactical Headquarters Inspector General (Special Operations), Border Security Force (BSF), Chhattisgarh, organized a one-day blood donation camp at its Risali Headquarters in Bhilai. The drive was conducted under the guidance of Shri Sanjay Pant, Inspector General, Tactical HQ (Special Operations), BSF, Chhattisgarh.

Officers, Subordinate Officers, and Jawans of the Border Security Force, along with the medical team from the Government District Hospital, Durg, actively participated in the event.

The camp was conducted today during which BSF personnel donated a total of 60 units of blood. The collected blood will be utilized for the treatment of needy patients across medical facilities. Highlighting the significance of blood donation, the attending doctors and senior officers encouraged all participants to donate blood regularly as a continuous civic contribution.

At the conclusion of the event, Shri Sanjay Pant expressed his sincere gratitude to all BSF officers, personnel, and the medical staff of the Government District Hospital, Durg, for their dedication and support in making the blood donation drive a success.
