The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and its institutes across the country today joined the Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 campaign with active participation, reaffirming their collective commitment towards cleanliness and hygiene.

At Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi, Dr M. L. Jat, Secretary, Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE) and Director General, ICAR, administered the Swachhata Pledge to officers and staff. Simultaneously, Dr Rajbir Singh, Deputy Director General (Agricultural Extension), ICAR, administered the pledge at Krishi Anusandhan Bhawan, New Delhi.

Officers and staff from ICAR Headquarters and institutes across the country participated in the pledge and reaffirmed their commitment to promoting cleanliness, maintaining hygiene and fostering a clean and healthy working environment.

 

The launch marked ICAR’s collective participation in the Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 campaign and reinforced its resolve to make Swachhata a continuous commitment and an integral part of everyday life.
