Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai organised a poetry recitation programme as part of its ongoing Hindi Month celebrations. Officials, employees and students of the institute participated enthusiastically and expressed their affection for the Hindi language and their emotions through self-composed poems.

Participants presented original compositions based on a wide range of themes and poetic moods. The poems offered thoughtful and emotive expressions on language, literature, culture and various dimensions of life, while also featuring engaging elements of humour, satire and heroic sentiment. The humorous and satirical compositions entertained the audience, while poems portraying heroism generated enthusiasm and a sense of vigour among the listeners.

The programme created an engaging literary atmosphere on the institute campus, marked by creative energy, enthusiasm and a diverse range of emotions. The active participation of officials, employees and students also reflected the growing interest in Hindi literary expression within the institute.

The poetry recitation programme is part of IIT Bhilai's efforts to encourage the use of Hindi and foster a positive environment for language, literature and cultural expression.
