The Department of Posts, Chennai City Region, will hold a Regional Level Dak Adalat on September 15, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the Office of the Postmaster General, Chennai – 600002. The Chairperson will personally hear grievances regarding postal services, Savings Schemes, Postal Life Insurance (PLI), and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI).

The Adalat will exclusively address unresolved cases previously escalated to Divisional Offices, and fresh complaints will not be entertained directly. Grievances regarding postal articles must include booking dates, receipt numbers, and addresses, while savings and insurance complaints require account or policy numbers and post office details.

Complainants must submit representations on or before September 8, 2026, via Speed Post to the Assistant Director (CS), Office of the Postmaster General, Chennai City Region, Chennai – 600002, in covers superscribed "Regional Dak Adalat", or via email to pg.chennaicity@indiapost.gov.in. Private courier submissions will not be accepted.
