The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office, Goa, has updated its Whats App Helpline Number to 8788914105 to provide quicker and more convenient assistance to EPF members, employers, pensioners and other stakeholders across the State.

The updated Whats App service is aimed at strengthening digital outreach and ensuring easy access to EPFO services without the need to visit the Regional Office. Through the helpline, stakeholders can submit grievances, seek information, raise service-related queries and request guidance on various EPFO matters.

To facilitate prompt and effective resolution of their requests, members are advised to mention their Name, Universal Account Number (UAN) or Pension Payment Order (PPO) number (where applicable), Mobile Number, along with a brief description of their grievance or query while sending a Whats App message.

EPFO Regional Office, Goa has appealed to all members and employers in the State to make use of the updated Whats App helpline for faster communication and efficient grievance redressal.

The initiative is part of EPFO's continued efforts to provide transparent, citizen-centric and technology-driven services, making social security benefits more accessible to subscribers.
